TUK is back on utility power. We are waiting for Seattle City Light to provide details of the outage.
We experienced a power incident at our Tukwila Datacenter this morning and are currently running on generator power. Seattle City Light is currently investigating the issue at their Duwamish Substation. We will provide an update when we have more information from Seattle City Light
Zendesk appears to be operating normally. We will continue to monitor. In case any tickets were lost during the downtime, if you submitted a ticket to support this morning and did not get a response, please resubmit.

Work on SEA UPS2A is complete.
We are performing emergency maintenance on UPS 2A in the Seattle datacenter. There will be no customer impact. Customers will be switched to utility power briefly, and then switch back to the UPS.
All components have been installed. Unit will be energized, checked and tested. During this time there will be NO customer load on the UPS. The unit will be isolated. If unit passes testing, we transfer load at approx. 2:45pm.
Thursday, December 10th Digital Fortress will bring TUK UPS 3B back online. All repairs have been completed and critical load will be transferred back online Thursday afternoon. We are sourcing repair parts for UPS3B. Customers will stay on utility power, with generator back-up, until repair work can be performed on affected systems.
