Power should start restoring gradually as we recharge the UPS. We will continue to update and monitor until we are fully restored and operational.

We have found the source of the original power event – a failed rectifier in a DC plant. We are verifying all downstream breakers before we repower the UPS. The breaker issue has caused the inability to go into ‘maintenance bypass’ mode. We will update with more information as it comes in.

We have updated the network configuration for the affected customer to block ip unreachables, proxy arp, and redirects, which should greatly reduce impact to other customers. We will closely monitor this solution and take more drastic action if required.
